We have thus gained much needed experience and from time to time our operations teams attend skills training program that is designed to enhance skills and increase delivery on the execution of projects.

Management is directly involved on all projects so as to have decisions taken quickly and allow work to be done as per schedule. We use and open door policy allowing our valued clients to interact with management anytime. Our approach is client based meaning evaluation/inspection of work on site is done with client at all times. Site teams are vital pillars of each project hence senior foreman, project managers have to report daily about site progress.

We have quite a number of skilled, semi-skilled labourers depending on an amount of projects, work load, project plans, specifications and client requirement. Our workers are trained to perform with best of their abilities. It suffice to mention that our company employ local people in terms of project location and to empower people with skills the project brings as per Govt regulations. Employees are trained, developed on the job at the end workers are given reference letters as people who participated on a project.

We source skills we don’t have from relevant organisation or companies as well as persons with relevant know how in the field we require. Hence our projects are in various provinces such as Mpumalanga, Gauteng, Western Cape, Free- State and KZN.
