Training with us

The training & Development policy

Senatla projects practice on the job training policy which employ unskilled semi- skilled labours who are supervised by our senior foreman who is always on site to check operation progress. Workers receive adequate training on daily basis in due course foreman advice project manager about progress of such employee according company evaluation process. Our policy is such employees must and should be issued with certificate of acknowledgement. Afterwards employees are transferred to other level of responsibility where they are expected to take full responsibility of the operation and take decisive decision for the betterment of the company.

 

Development is vital employee’s skills and in enhancing employee’s career it entails the following:

  • Promotion to a better knowledge position
  • Placement of employee on a different job level
  • Induct and task a project to a person and foreman to supervise
  • Employees are developed to have full confidence on what they do
  • To be mentors to new employees
  • Depending on progress be awarded with certificate of skill.

At this stage employees are empowered fully in what they do best and have clear know-how of the job. This level is done in conjunction with Dept of Labour and inspectors visit our site to check on safety measures and standards. Twice a year employees are developed to different level on their employ.
